If you have made your purchase online through our website www.capricelingerie.com and do not feel satisfied, you have three (3) days from the reception of the same to return it. To do this you must notify us by email in order to record and return the product within the aforementioned period, including invoice of the purchase. If we do so, we comply with the refund of the amount paid, directed to the same payment method. *This clause does not apply to purchases in physical store.
If you wish to make the change of any product purchased, either through our website www.capricelingerie.com or in our physical store, you have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to do so. For this you must present your invoice and the change of the undergarment will be for the value in which the product you want to change has been purchased.
No changes or returns will be accepted in the purchase of panties.
