Coverage

www.capricelingerie.com makes dispatches to all the provinces of Panamanian territory through its allies carriers: Asap, own courier, and in the case of the interior with Flete Chavales that guarantees (n) the security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.

Delivery times

The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 business days for Panama City, 3 business days for major cities and up to 7 business days for other destinations.. 

Delivery times start counting from the confirmation of payment. For credit card payments, the payment platform will need to approve the transaction based on data analysis, which can take up to one business day.

At the time of approval of the payment of your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the same. 

Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. The product may be received by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery. The "User" accepts, for his/her security, that at the time of receiving the goods, a photograph or photocopy will be taken of his/her identification document or that of the responsible person who receives/withdraws the goods.

Shipping cost

The cost of shipping varies depending on your destination and size of the order. This value will come out at the end of the purchase and will be paid together with the total of the merchandise plus the ITBMS of 7% (in Panama) of the merchandise. We also have the option to pick up your package and this service has no additional cost (only available in Panama).
