The delivery time of the products is approximately 2 business days for Panama City, 3 business days for major cities and up to 7 business days for other destinations.

Shipping cost
The cost of shipping varies depending on your destination and size of the order. This value will come out at the end of the purchase and will be paid together with the total of the merchandise plus the ITBMS of 7% (in Panama) of the merchandise. We also have the option to pick up your package and this service has no additional cost (only available in Panama).

If you wish to make the change of any product purchased, either through our website www.capricelingerie.com or in our physical store, you have a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to do so.
You must bear in mind that:
- The change of the undergarment will be for the value in which the product you want to change has been purchased.
- No changes or returns will be accepted in the purchase of panties.
